Khaliiji, Khaleegy, there are many spelling variations. Khaliiji is a dance style from the Khaleegy region of Arabia; elements from the style are frequently included within 'cabaret' belly dance performances. This may well be partly because the style includes dainty stepping & hair tossing ... lovely to watch as well as to dance.
